A little over an hour later, at 09:27, the 21 House was hit out for an AFA at Don's Kawasaki, 20 East Market Street in the Borough.  The box was place available by Chief 21 at 09:30 with the alarm company on scene.

Then again at 11:24, 21 Volunteers were alerted to an AFA at Regency Manor, 5849 Lincoln Highway in the Township.  The cause was determined to be steam from a broken water pipe in the basement.  A plumber was on the scene and the alarm was reset.  The box went available per Chief 21.

At 13:10, the Station was again called upon for a vehicle accident with injuries class 1.  Attack 21 went enroute, Chief 21 onboard.  The Utility followed with 5.  Units arrive to find a SUV into a pickup truck with two patients, Class 3, both self-extricated.  21 Crews handled debris removal and depowerment.  After towing, the scene was cleared as the box was placed available.

While gathered at the Station awaiting start of the first 2009 meeting of the York County Fire Chiefs Association, the Hellam Township Fire Department was dispatched on the 21-15 box for a reported vehicle fire, vehicle smoking, at 18:33.  Attack, Tanker, Utility, and the Duty Wagon from 41 went responding with 11.  Tanker 21 arrived with a smoking vehicle near the Accomac Road overpass, WB on Route 30.  It was quickly determined that the cause was a blown radiator.  The box went available at 18:46.

Crews then made their way back to the Station for the meeting.  The Ladies' Auxiliary provided a delicious meal and ice cream.  Next year's January meeting will be held at Station 21 as well.
