Mutual Aid Equipment:
At approximately 1730 hours, York County dispatched the 21-41 vehicle rescue assignment in the 21-14 box on Yorkanna Road in the area of Valley Acres Road.  It was a reported accident with class 1 injuries, vehicle overturned.  Engine 21 hit the street with a full crew of 8, Captain Tracey in the seat.  Chiefs Dube and Rudisill on scene with a one vehicle accident that hit a utility pole, vehicle on its side, and two patients, requesting an ops channel.  Engine arrived and split crew to handle patient care and vehicle stablization.  EMS 41 requested an additional BLS unit for transport of the second patient.  The 41 rescues arrived and assisted with patient care and stablization using the rescue struts.  Both patients were transported to local hospitals by ground.  The vehicle was towed and debris was removed from the farmer's field.  Following cleanup, fire/rescue apparatus cleared the scene; fire police remained on scene to keep the road shut down until utility companies could arrive.
